Wa-Modern Lifestyle Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "the Personal Information Protection Act") and other related laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information on the SHUNGA TOKYO brand online store (hereinafter referred to as "this Site"), and handles it appropriately in accordance with this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy").

- Among the entrusted parties listed above, Shopify Inc. (Canada/USA), Printful, Inc. (Latvia/USA), Google LLC (USA), Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Ltd., etc., are located outside of Japan. Users are deemed to have consented to the transfer of personal information to these overseas businesses by agreeing to this Policy.

The Association will take necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the appropriate handling of personal information at the transfer destination.
Article 6 (Retention Period of Personal Information)
The Association will retain personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use, or for the period stipulated by law. As a general rule, this period is 7 years after the end of the transaction (retention period for ledgers and transaction-related documents based on the Corporate Tax Act and the Act on Preservation of Books via Electronic Methods, etc.). After the retention period has passed, the data will be promptly deleted or anonymized.
